Tuition

A 10% of tuition registration deposit is due with the enrollment contract to reserve your space. The tuition deposit is non-refundable; however, it is credited towards tuition and is not an additional charge.

Parents and/or guardians may elect to pay the tuition balance in three (3) ways. Please click the button above to review payment options on the 2025-26 Tuition Rate Sheet. Our tuition management school ID is: 114513.

Financial Aid

ESN's financial aid program operates as a last-dollar scholarship. This means financial aid is awarded after considering all other available funding sources, including the Tennessee Educational Savings Account (ESA) program. For families considering applying for financial aid, the financial aid application must be completed before your contract will be sent out.  Contact admissions@esnashville.org with any questions.

  • Deadline to apply is Saturday, February 15

  • Apply via Blackbaud Financial Aid Management by logging into https://studentfinancialaid.blackbaud.school using your Blackbaud login. Our school five-digit code is: 15478. Upload your most recent tax return as part of the application. A $55 fee applies.

  • Friday, February 21: Financial aid decisions will be released, and updated contracts will be available in Blackbaud.

Educational Savings Account (ESA)

Families zoned for Nashville Davidson County Schools are strongly encouraged to apply for Tennessee’s ESA program. This program provides state and local funds for educational expenses, including tuition and fees at approved independent schools. For questions, contact Naima Bagot at naima.bagot@esnashville.org or (615) 928-8611.

  • Important Note: The Episcopal School of Nashville incorporates ESA funding into our financial aid evaluation process to ensure comprehensive support. The school is not involved in the approval or denial of ESA applications.

A family’s financial information is confidential and is only reviewed by the Head of School and the ESN’s Financial Aid Committee.
