Beforecare + Aftercare

Episcopal School of Nashville offers beforecare and aftercare Monday through Friday to any child enrolled at the school.
Beforecare is available 7:15-7:45 AM for Grades PK-7.
Aftercare is available 3:05-5:30 PM for Grades 3K-7.
*Aftercare is not available on early dismissal days.
*Beforecare is not available to 3K.
Beforecare and Aftercare are $15 per hour (prorated by 30 minute-increments).
*Students receiving financial assistance for tuition will pay an hourly rate based on their financial aid percentage.
*A $50 Semester Supply Fee is required for all students attending before or aftercare.
How To Register:
Log in to Blackbaud and click the “Form(s) to Review” list.
Fill out the “Optional: Before/Aftercare Registration” form.
You'll receive an invitation to register your Brightwheel account.
The Semester Supply Fee will be automatically charged to your Brightwheel payment method on August 16th, and is required prior to your child attending before/aftercare.
Additional Details:
Brightwheel auto payments* will be taken out every Friday for beforecare and aftercare charges. Aftercare follows the school calendar and is not available on holidays or half days.
Aftercare closes promptly at 5:30 PM. If a parent arrives after aftercare closes, a late pick up fee of $1/minute will be charged, plus the standard $15/hour fee.
If you have not arrived by 6:00 PM and we are unable to reach you, we will contact your emergency numbers for assistance with the child(ren). If you are late 3 times, you may be asked to leave the program.
Parents/Guardians must sign their student(s) out of aftercare each day at pickup.
*Tuition invoices will continue to be billed through Quickbooks/Intuit. You will receive your tuition invoices by email and must pay manually (auto-pay is not available).
